Tasting Notes
Strong ruby, delicately opaque, purple reflections, subtle bright rim. Delicately savoury with an underlay of black wild berry, hints of liquorice and sloe, dark minerality, a bergamot zest. Medium body, red berry touch, cool fruit, freshly structured, lemony touch on the finish, some saltiness.
