Tasting from 28.05.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright, radiant ruby red with a glittering core. On the nose, initially graphite, light smoke, then ripe cherry and plum, with floral nuances and subtle savouriness on the finish. Opens very clearly on the palate with gripping, juicy tannins, a hearty core. Lots of grip with a firm drive, raspberry on the finish.
