Bright lemon yellow colour. Hints of whitecurrant, green apple and peach on the nose, accompanied by a hint of yeast bread. Lively mousse on the palate, carried by sweetish fruit and fresh acidity, which provide a pleasant freshness. Slender, herbal-spicy finish with medium length. Animating to drink.
