Dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Ripe black berry confit, a hint of cassis and blackberries, delicate hint of licorice, pleasant herbal spice in the background. Juicy and elegant, fine amarena cherries, delicate nougat, dark minerality, silky and persistent, a full-bodied food companion with a Valrhona finish.
