Medium bright straw yellow colour. Multi-layered bouquet of ripe pears, pineapple and mango on the nose, slightly underpinned by citrus peel and quince jelly as well as a hint of cedar wood. Vibrant freshness on the palate, subtle fruit texture, very mineral and salty on the finish, persistent and with potential, benefits from further ageing.
