It has a deep dark ruby red colour tending towards purple. It has a nose of elderberry, mint, a hint of plum, with some white chocolate on the finish. There is finely defined fruit on the compact palate, also showing a lovely sweetness, and a light spicy note. It has a balanced and emphatic finish.
