Bright golden yellow. Intense nose with notes of ripe citrus fruit, nuances of yeast as well as pastry and apple. Very elegant on the palate with fine mousse, ripe acidity, ripe citrus notes and mineral finish. Leaves a salty impression on the aftertaste.
