Medium yellow, green hints, silver reflections. A multi-faceted bouquet, with spicy notes indicating prolonged maceration, delicately smoky and chalky nuances, ripe yellow fruit and a hint of deliberate oxidation. Taut and fresh on the palate, with mineral-salty notes, hints of white peach and pear and a lingering finish. A natural, multi-layered style, a good food wine.
