The red wine Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery Torcilacqua has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark ruby. Very fragrant nose, floral, dried rose petal, also slightly earthy, some leather, rich cherry on the finish. Dense and full on the palate, very precise, tightly meshed and pronounced tannin spreads out well, modern style, powerful, balanced on the finish, currently still a little youthful.
