The white wine Colle Maggio Pecorino Abruzzo DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Torre Zambra has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Abruzzo in Italy.
This has a bright straw yellow colour. There is a lovely interplay on the nose, alternating between peppermint and ripe Pear Williams, and underpinned by a subtly resinous note. It is full-bodied on the palate, with ripe yellow fruit, an elegant bitterness gives it a nice gluggability, and it has good length and some saltiness. It has a style all of its own.
