Bright, shiny golden yellow with green reflections. Acacia honey, Williams pear and ripe apple fruit, subtle hints of brioche. Fine mousse, warming, creamy, very harmonious mouthfeel on the palate. Good sweetness-acidity structure. Delicate herbal savouriness in the aftertaste. A palate flatterer.

Light stone fruit, ripe citrus and yeasty notes on the nose. Characterised by an extremely fine mousse on the palate. Although the sweetness is noticeable, it is finely supported by the overall structure. Good length with nougat and nutty aromas.
