Tasting from 28.06.2023: Ulrich Sautter
In the fragrance bitter chocolate, elderberry, herbal savouriness. Decent wood influence. On the palate the wine opens smoothly, with fine-grained tannin, continues with suppleness and a fairly elegant thread of acidity. Quite a grown-up, unobtrusive structure.
