Spicy on the nose, yellow apples, cinnamon stick, caraway seeds, mango, physalis, herbal savouriness, rock flour and subtle warm smoke. On the palate also with a good amount of savouriness to the fruit, juicy structure with fresh acidity balancing the sweetness, good length and flow.
