Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red with a sparkling core and subtly brightening rim. Opens slightly smoky on the nose, fine and inviting, subtle cherry fruit but also raspberry, fine undergrowth. Vertical attack and progression on the palate, racy, somewhat narrow, currently still very young, still needs to find its feet.
More about the tastingBright, medium-dark ruby red colour. Delicately savour, inviting bouquet, with notes of thyme, ripe cherries and wild berries, also some undergrowth. On the palate a beautiful interplay of sweet fruit centre and fresh acidity, well-integrated tannins, right into the lingering finish.
