Tasting Notes
Bright greenish yellow, with a fine-grained, persistent mousse. Initially restrained on the nose, opens up to green apple, mint, also reminiscent of rose petals and lemon. Smooth on the palate, with a subtle mousse, fine marzipan notes, stretches out with firm drive, but lacks a little sprint in the finish.
