Tasting Notes

Tasting from 19.04.2011

Sparkling ruby with violet. Clear nose, notes of licorice, some blackberry and laurel, shimmering dark berries. Plenty of gripping, powerful tannins on the palate, pithy, lots of juicy cherry, good pressure on the finish.
