Tasting from 05.08.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear, pale amber. On the nose there is initially fine nutmeg notes, then roasted hazelnut, also a slightly resinous undertone, then in the echo there is orange and dried apricot. A cool core and fine honey nuances on the palate, opens with delicate tannin, grippy but not disturbing, in the echo there are also fine salty tones, with persistence.
