Pale golden yellow with a brass sheen. Delicate herbal savouriness, fresh pear, candied orange zest, fine almond touch. Complex, tightly meshed, fine white pome fruit notes, fine acidity, chalky-salty finish, shows good freshness and length, a multi-faceted food companion.
