Tasting from 03.09.2020: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Reminiscent of a Styrian Sauvignon Blanc on the nose. Some asparagus, greenish hints, apple and citrus notes. Dense on the palate, beautiful acidity, lots of apple and citrus, appears light-footed and lingers on the palate for a long time.
