Tasting from 11.07.2019: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog
A full, intense bouquet with notes of orange peel, cooked rhubarb, roasted nuts and cinnamon. On the palate an incisive sweetness is matched by wholly appropriate acidity. Fresh green walnut and lots of citrus on the long aromatic finish.
