Tasting from 22.11.2022: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicate notes of cassis and liquorice, floral touch, fine rum coconut notes, inviting bouquet. Powerful, ripe dark berry fruit, vivid tannins, savoury on the finish, peppery touch, some tannin on the finish, salty nuances in the aftertaste, still a touch too young, a complex food companion with certain ageing potential in the future.
