Rich, dark ruby colour with a pronounced garnet hue. Very fragrant and intense nose, full of dried plum, some liquorice and leather, inviting. Lots of vivid sweet fruit on the palate, then opens up with grippy, gripping tannins, builds richly, savoury, very long finish.
