Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Powerful, bright ruby with a garnet-red rim. Pronounced bouquet of rich cherries, lots of savouriness, thyme, somewhat bloody, fleshy, with leather savouriness, multi-layered. Builds comfortably on the palate, fine tannins, medium weight, finesse-rich aromas, very dry, shows character, loud, minimally bitter finish.
