Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright orange with golden yellow reflections. Initially somewhat dull with notes of grapefruit, ripe, baked apple, then oregano and ripe cheese. Powerful body with angular, austere tannins, unfortunately harsh on the palate.
