Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright cherry red with orange reflections. Pronounced notes of fresh cranberry and rosehip, slightly vegetal, then blood orange, with a hint of red pepper and malt. Leathery, dense on the palate, comes with wood savouriness and a wiry structure, somewhat melancholy, with a long finish.
