Tasting from 09.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright golden yellow colour. There is crisp apple, pear and lemon balm flowers on the nose with a slightly savoury hint of white pepper. On the palate it's very juicy and mouth-filling, with a fine spectrum of acidity and a long, slightly mineral finish.
