Bright pale pink colour. The nose is fragrant and expressive with notes of fresh peach, mint and orange zest. Beautiful fruit sweetness on the palate with balanced interplay, fine creaminess and in addition, well-integrated mousse, delicately acidic and thus somewhat drying on the finish.
