Tasting Notes
This has a brilliant radiant pale yellow colour. There is a herbaceous on the nose, with a slight hint of hay. It has a gently integrated mousse on the palate, a lovely mellowness, spreading out beautifully, and it drinks well.
More about the tastingBright, light lemon yellow. Initially closed on the nose, then yellow fruit and white flowers. Cool and steely on the palate, showing lots of grapey nuances, bold and with a light texture finish.
More about the tastingPale white-gold with a powerful, persistent and fine-grained mousse. Smells of crisp pear and fresh quince on the inviting nose. Similarly very fresh on the palate which opens with beautiful peachy notes and leads to a juicy mid-palate. Unfussy, harmonious, and lively on the finish.
