Brilliant, bright greenish yellow. Pronounced aroma of fresh Granny Smith apples, lime juice, some lemon balm and peppermint, a hint of nectarine. Luscious on the tongue, showing wonderfully clear yellow fruit, medium weight, gripping on the palate, salty finish, minimally bitter on the finish.
