Tasting from 28.05.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

It has a bright golden yellow, with silver reflections. On the nose it is smoky, with savoury almond notes, a nuttiness, a fine yeasty touch, and a hint of bergamot. It is taut, with a dark minerality, a nutty core, and is a good bone-dry style with nice length. It is a real classic and all-rounder with seafood specialties, especially those with an intense flavour.
