Tasting Notes

100
Tasting from 19.11.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser, Othmar Kiem und Ulrich Sautter

Inviting, complex bouquet with notes of preserved raisins and plums. Also fig, honey, dark chocolate, mocha, dried dark and light fruits and citrus fruits. A true explosion of flavour on the palate, extremely concentrated, soft, supple, yet fresh; hard to put into words.
