Gently shimmering ruby with brick-red nuances. Animal-like on the nose, of iron and blood, also slightly balsamic, with rum-steeped fruit and thyme behind it. Surprisingly fresh on the palate, with opulent fruit, animating acidity and firm tannins, lingers for a long time.
