Bright, elegant ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Medium expression on the nose, initially woody tones, then stony notes, after a little time cranberry confit and slightly resinous hints. Subtle fruit on the palate, vivid acidity, then unfortunately becomes somewhat rough in the finish.
