This has a medium greenish yellow colour, with a delicate mousse. It has an inviting fresh bouquet, with aromas of yellow pear, and apple peel. It is full-bodied, with a remarkable salinity, and it is a stimulating and well-made PetNat that represents another facet of the island's white varieties.
