Brilliant light golden yellow in colour. Clearly perceptible woody savouriness on the nose, with slightly toasted white bread and vanilla to the fore alongside some buttery notes and ripe yellow fruit. There's remarkable density on the palate but backed by beautiful tension and lots of drive. It's creamy, with a beautiful saltiness as well as crystal-clear acidity powering through to the long finish.
