Coral pink in colour. On the nose: cherry drops, a hint of mint, honey. The palate opens with a fresh CO2 note, continuing with firmness and juiciness, a slight phenolic texture reinforcing the juicy acidity, the sweetness not dominating. In the end a compact and fresh finish.
