The red wine Blendloop Venezia Giulia IGT, vintage 2021 from the winery Vie d'Alt has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Bright ruby with a purple rim. Opens with fine savoury notes of pepper and cardamom, followed by dark currant, medium concentration. Firm tannins, quite rough and brittle on the palate.
