The red wine Barolo Ravera DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Vietti has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 100 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Bright, light garnet red. Opens with engaging savoury notes of coriander seeds, then cranberry, pickled peach and pomegranate. On the palate a lot of juicy fruit, opens with precisely placed dense tannin, highly complex and very long.
