The red wine Barolo DOCG Monvigliero, vintage 2021 from the winery Vietti has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 99 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Castiglione Falletto in Italy.
Clear, intense ruby colour with a delicate garnet rim. Very fragrant and inviting nose of dewy rose petal, cranberry and raspberry. Lots of polished tannins on the palate, almost silky at first, gaining more and more drive as it progresses, describing a wide arc, savoury and with a long finish.
