Tasting from 01.12.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Dark, noble ruby red. On the nose there are notes of juicy cherry, rose hip, fine hint of blood orange, plus bright savouriness. Fine savoury note also on the palate, with medium weight, then unfortunately collapses a bit in the back, remains with caramel notes over.
