Tasting from 06.12.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. A gentle nose of cranberries, some mint and burnt sage, with a minimal aftertaste of sealing wax. The same on the palate, with misleading aromas of watermelon, paired with grueling green tannins.
