Bright straw yellow with green reflections, persistent mousse. On the nose, floral notes, ripe apple and pear, a touch of lemon balm. On the palate, sweet fruit, a well-integrated mousse and a crisp freshness, notes of pome fruit and a mouth-watering finish.
