The red wine Rosso Riserva Colli Euganei DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Vignalta has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Veneto in Italy.
Medium ruby red with purple reflections and an orange rim. Very finely structured fruit aroma on the nose, juicy cherries, redcurrants and rose hips, in the background some mint and eucalyptus, black pepper in the echo. Straightforward and balanced on the palate, with a fruity texture and animating freshness, well-integrated tannins and medium length.
