The red wine Terre di Prenzano Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2021 from the winery Vignamaggio has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Matt, shiny ruby red colour with a fine rim. Initially restrained on the nose, then with a bit of air, notes of cherry compote and plums, also some undergrowth, iodine and sweet tobacco. Smooth on the palate, then with compact tannins, mouth-watering acidity and fresh fruit, and a juicy finish.
