The white wine Saint-Veran AOC Les Cras, vintage 2015 from the winery Vignerons des Terres Secrètes has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Bourgogne in France.
There are aromas of spicy oakiness, and fine terroir notes behind ripe Chardonnay fruit, with some citrus, a little banana, and fresh corn. At the same time it is full and structured on the palate, with vital length-giving acidity, nice texture, and a vivid chalk minerality. It is a stylish and nuanced white Burgundy.
