The spumante CIN Rosato Brut Piemonte DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Vigneti Valle Roncati has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
This has a gleaming dark orange-pink colour. On the nose initially there are aromas of carrot and beet, as well as earthy notes, wild berry, and some sealing wax on the finish. On the palate it has a fruity core, opening beautifully with a fine-grained and well-balanced mousse, and it has very sweet fruit and a nice mellowness. It is a very unconventional sparkling wine that wants to seduce.
