Bright orange-pink colour. Finely characterised nose of fresh wild berries, mandarin zest and pink grapefruit, with a white pepper aftertaste. Taut on the palate with a precise fruit core, animating acidity and a straightforward finish, with a minimal BITTER note and citrus flavour in the medium-long finish.
