Tasting from 04.07.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Beautiful dark fruit aromas on the nose. Notes of dried plum, cassis, morello cherry and blackberry. There are also savoury hints of cinnamon and pepper. Dense on the palate, with juicy acidity, dark fruit and sour cherry. Fine-grained tannins, long, textured finish with hints of caramel.
