The rosé wine Pinot Noir Rosé Pays d’Oc IGP, vintage 2021 from the winery Vignobles Roux has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 87 Falstaff points.
Aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry, also peach in the fruity aroma. Good freshness and integrated acidity on the palate, the red berry fruit is accompanied by savouriness, dry and without kitsch, subtle bitterness, medium length, a prudent food companion.
