The prosecco Corte dei Rovi Rosé Prosecco DOC Extra Dry from the winery Villa degli Olmi has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant dusky pink. Obvious notes of very ripe Amarena cherries on the nose with a pronounced yeasty undertone. The palate shows cherry fruit flavours just as clearly, seems a little ripe, loses a little definition on the finish.
